Every Occasion Has a Table, We Make It the Best Part
Nine wedding functions, from the roka to the post-wedding brunch, each with its own hour, its own mood and its own menu, served by the Pal Ji kitchen across North India.

Timed to the muhurat
Service follows the ceremony, not the clock. If the pheras end at two, the meal is hot at two.
A separate Satvik & Jain section
No onion, no garlic, no root vegetables where the ritual asks, cooked apart with its own utensils and staff.
Prasad, bhog and the family thali
The ceremonial dishes are prepared to your family's own recipe and served before anything else.
Everything you gather for, catered end to end
From a roka for forty to a reception for a thousand, the same kitchen and the same standard.
One kitchenfor every wedding function
Every function of the wedding, in the order families plan them. Every card leads to the enquiry form with the function already filled in, so the conversation starts from the right place.
Weddings & Pre-Wedding
A wedding is six or seven meals, not one. Each function has its own hour, mood and appetite, and the menus are planned as a sequence so nothing repeats and nothing runs late.
- RokaThe first yes. An intimate lunch or high tea for two families meeting as one, with sweets to mark the moment.
- Sagai & Chunni CeremonyThe ring exchange and the chunni, with a menu that keeps the afternoon light, lingering and full of conversation.
- Tilak & SaganGroom-side blessings and shagun, hosted with a full North Indian spread and the family's favourite mithai.
- HaldiA bright, informal morning: chaat, coolers and breakfast-hour comfort food while the turmeric flies.
- MehndiFood that moves with the guests: passed plates, a live chaat bazaar and thandai while hands are being painted.
- SangeetLive counters through the performances, cocktail-hour bites, and a late dinner paced to the programme.
- Wedding Day: Baraat & PherasThe baraat welcome and milni breakfast, dinner for a thousand, and a hot meal after the pheras, whatever the hour.
- ReceptionA composed evening across cuisines, plated or buffet, for the couple's first appearance together.
- Post-Wedding BrunchA gentler morning after: the bride's return, the pag phera, and a relaxed home-style brunch for both families.
The menu is built around the ritual, not the other way round
Thirty years of service across banquet halls, farmhouses, temples and living rooms, one kitchen behind all of it.

Ritual meals,answered
Can you cook strictly Satvik food, without onion or garlic?
Yes. Satvik and Jain menus are prepared in a separately managed section of the kitchen with their own utensils and staff. Tell us the rules your family follows and we will plan the menu to them.
Do you cater small home ceremonies, or only large events?
Both. A Satyanarayan katha for forty guests at home is as welcome as a wedding for a thousand. Share the guest count and the space you have, and we will suggest the right format.
Can the meal be timed around the puja or the muhurat?
That is how we plan every ritual meal. Service is scheduled to the ceremony, with the food held properly until the last ahuti is offered or the pheras are done.
Tell us the occasion, we will shape the menu
Send the date, the guest count and the venue. You will have a costed menu within two working days, and a tasting before you commit.
